Razman Ramli

As Chief Executive Officer of AMWAL, he brings more than 25 years of experience across engineering, governance, project delivery and entrepreneurship to lead the company's strategy, operations and growth. Working closely with its Shariah leadership and advisors, he helps translate the company's principles into practical, well-governed solutions for today's evolving markets.

An electrical engineering graduate of Indiana University–Purdue University in the United States, he began his career at Delphi Automotive Systems, formerly part of General Motors, in Kokomo, Indiana.

He later spent 12 years at Tenaga Nasional Berhad, contributing to major infrastructure projects across planning, budgeting, implementation, auditing, testing and commissioning. During his tenure, he held a key quality-assurance role, leading ISO 9001 audits across the organisation to strengthen compliance, process discipline and continuous improvement.

His experience in project management, audit and governance supports AMWAL's commitment to amanah, integrity, accountability and operational excellence. As an entrepreneur in the automotive industry and precious-metals trading sectors, he has developed a practical understanding of market dynamics, commercial risk and trusted business relationships.
