With more than two decades of experience at Tenaga Nasional Berhad, she has progressed from frontline technical operations to executive advisory roles. This breadth of experience brings together a deep understanding of operational realities and business priorities, shaped by leadership in national disaster response, governance of multi-million-ringgit ICT projects, and enterprise-wide procurement and supplier management.

A proven record of designing and implementing frameworks for supplier lifecycle management, performance, risk, and procurement governance has strengthened oversight, organisational resilience, and value creation. Most recently, she advised TNB's key corporate accounts on procurement strategies and cultivated stakeholder partnerships to advance commercial priorities and ESG objectives.
